Phiên họp cũng cho ý kiến về chủ trương mua và sử dụng vaccine phòng COVID-19 tại nước ta. Với sự chỉ đạo sát sao của các Chính phủ, Bộ, ngành, các địa phương và tinh thần chủ động trong phòng chống dịch nên Tết Tân Sửu được đánh giá là Tết an toàn, với nhiều hình thức tổ chức phong phú và những việc làm thiết thực, tiết giảm các hoạt động lễ hội, văn hóa, văn nghệ, các sự kiện tập trung đông người không cần thiết để tập trung chăm lo, nâng cao đời sống vật chất, tinh thần cho nhân dân đốn Tết vui tươi, phấn khởi, an toàn, lành mạnh, nghĩa tình.

Bộ Chính trị, Ban Bí thư hoan nghênh và đánh giá cao sự lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo toàn diện, đồng bộ của Đảng, Nhà nước, sự chủ động của các cấp, các ngành đã khơi dậy truyền thống tốt đẹp của dân tộc và huy động mọi nguồn lực để bảo đảm mọi người, mọi nhà đều được đón Tết đầm ấm, yên vui, nhất là tại vùng sâu, vùng xa, biên giới, hải đảo, các khu vực đang bị cách ly để phòng chống dịch COVID-19, các đơn vị lực lượng vũ trang làm nhiệm vụ trực Tết, các lực lượng tuyến đầu phòng, chống dịch COVID-19, công nhân, người lao động không về quê đón Tết. Các hoạt động đón Tết vui xuân được quan tâm, tổ chức gắn với các hoạt động chào mừng thành công Đại hội lần thứ XIII của Đảng và kỷ niệm 91 năm ngày thành lập Đảng.

Trong dịp Tết, các đồng chí lãnh đạo Đảng, Nhà nước, các cấp, các ngành đã thăm, chúc Tết, động viên các đơn vị phải trực và làm việc trong thời gian Tết. Hoạt động chăm lo Tết cho các đối tượng chính sách, người có công, người cao tuổi, người nghèo, bảo trợ xã hội, người lao động các địa phương được quan tâm với nhiều hình thức phong phú, đa dạng. Trong điều kiện khó khăn do tác động của dịch COVID-19, hầu hết các doanh nghiệp, cơ quan, đơn vị đều quan tâm chăm lo lương, thưởng cho người lao động trong dịp Tết.

Ghi nhận những ý kiến của các thành viên Bộ chính trị, Ban Bí thư, Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước hoan nghênh cấp ủy, chính quyền các cấp đã có nhiều nỗ lực quan tâm, chăm lo tổ chức Tết cho nhân dân vui tươi, phấn khởi, an toàn, lành mạnh, tiết kiệm chống lãnh phí đúng tinh thần chỉ đạo của Ban Bí thư, đặc biệt không khí vui vẻ, phấn khởi đón xuân Tân Sửu 2021, đó là sự cộng hưởng của tinh thần Tết của Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIII thành công rất tốt đẹp và 91 năm thành lập Đảng. Nhân dân bày tỏ sự đồng tình với chỉ đạo quyết liệt, kịp thời của Chính phủ trong công tác phòng chống dịch COVID-19; đồng tình cao với Nghị định 100 về mức xử phạt đối với các hành vi vi phạm quy định về nồng độ cồn khi điều khiển phương tiện giao thông.

Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước nhấn mạnh, các bộ, ban, ngành, các tỉnh ủy, thành ủy thực hiện nghiêm túc quy định số 08-QĐ/TW của BCH TƯ về trách nhiệm nêu gương của cán bộ, đảng viên, gắn với thực hiện Nghị quyết Trung ương 4 khóa XII về xây dựng chỉnh đốn Đảng, nhất là gương mẫu trong thực hành tiết kiệm, chống lãng phí, phòng chống tham nhũng; không sử dụng công quỹ để chia thưởng, làm quà biếu, quà tặng, không sử dụng phương tiện, tài sản công trái quy định vào các hoạt động trong dịp lễ, Tết. An ninh chính trị, chủ quyền biên giới, biển đảo được giữ vững, trât tự an toàn xã hội được bảo đảm, công tác phòng, chống cháy nổ, phòng chống tội phạm được chỉ đạo quyết liệt, bảo đảm cuộc sống bình yên cho nhân dân, qua đó củng cố thêm niềm tin của nhân dân đối với Đảng và hệ thống chính trị.

"Tết không chỉ là vui tươi mà động viên tinh thần dân tộc, tinh thần yêu nước. Tết năm nay là Tết vui tươi, lành mạnh, phấn khởi tuy có tác động của COVID-19 nhưng cơ bản chúng ta vẫn đảm bảo cho người dân có Tết an toàn….", Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước Nguyễn Phú Trọng nhấn mạnh.

Về nhiệm vụ trọng tâm trong quý I/2021, Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước cho rằng, cần phải bắt tay ngay vào công việc, không được quá say sưa với Tết, các cấp ủy, chính quyền, các ngành, đơn vị cần tập trung lãnh đạo, chỉ đạo, huy động mọi điều kiện, phương tiện, mọi biện pháp để kiểm soát đại dịch COVID-19, không để ảnh hưởng tới cuộc sống của người dân và phát triển kinh tế, coi đây là nhiệm vụ trọng tâm, ưu tiên hàng đầu, vừa cấp bách, vừa lâu dài theo đúng tinh thần chỉ đạo của Bộ Chính trị, Ban Bí thư, của Chính Phủ, Thủ tướng Chính phủ. Nâng mức cảnh giác cao nhất đối với dịch COVID-19. Huy động toàn thể hệ thống chính trị tham gia công tác phòng chống dịch, tuyệt đối không được chủ quan, lơ là trong công tác phòng chống dịch COVID-19.

Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước cũng đặc biệt nhấn mạnh việc triển khai ngay Nghị quyết Đại hội đại biểu toàn quốc lần thứ XIII của Đảng để Nghị quyết thực sự đi vào cuộc sống.

Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước nói: "Phải bắt tay ngay vào công việc, không được say sưa với Tết, nhất là triển khai thật tốt thực hiện các chủ trương Đại hội XIII đã đề ra, từ việc tổ chức học tập, xây dựng chương trình hành động, tất cả các ngành, các cấp, địa phương, cơ quan đều phải làm… Như tôi đã nói, Đại hội thành công chỉ là một bước ra định hướng lớn thôi, giờ phải cụ thể hóa, thể chế hóa, tất cả các cấp phải làm để không chỉ trên giấy. Tất cả công việc đang làm phải làm tiếp, thiếu sót gì phải chấn chỉnh ngay, ưu điểm phát huy theo tinh thần Đại hội XIII mới thông qua".

Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước cũng đề nghị cần triển khai thực hiện tốt Chỉ thị của Bộ Chính trị về bầu cử Quốc hội khóa XV và Hội đồng nhân dân các cấp nhiệm kỳ 2021-2026. Ban Tổ chức Trung ương phối hợp với các cơ quan sớm tham mưu với Bộ Chính trị phân công công tác các đồng chí Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, Ban Bí thư và định hướng kiện toàn các chức danh lãnh đạo Đảng và Nhà nước.

Văn phòng Trung ương Đảng phối hợp với các cơ quan giúp Bộ Chính trị xây dựng chương trình làm việc toàn khóa của BCH TƯ khóa XIII, chương trình làm việc năm 2021 của Bộ Chính trị, Ban Bí thư. Chuẩn bị sớm các nội dung phục vụ Hội nghị BCH TƯ lần thứ 2 khóa XIII (dự kiến trong tháng 3/2021). Xây dựng quy chế làm việc của BCH TƯ, Bộ Chính trị, Ban Bí thư khóa XIII; Quy chế làm việc của Ủy ban Kiểm tra Trung ương khóa XIII, (dự kiến trình tại Hội nghị BCH TƯ lần thứ 3, khóa XIII). Xây dựng Chương trình đối ngoại năm 2021 của các đồng chí lãnh đạo chủ chốt, đồng chí Thường trực Ban Bí thư, các đồng chí Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị, Ủy viên Ban Bí thư, Phó Chủ tịch nước, Phó Chủ tịch Quốc hội, Phó Thủ tướng Chính phủ. Ban Tổ chức Trung ương phối hợp các cơ quan liên quan sớm tham mưu đề xuất về chế độ đối với các đồng chí không tái cử BCH TƯ Khóa XIII và không còn tuổi công tác, không phải là đại biểu Quốc hội.

Tổng Bí thư, Chủ tịch nước đề nghị, ngay sau Tết, các cấp, các ngành tập trung ngay vào chỉ đạo thực hiện nhiệm vụ phát triển kinh tế-xã hội, hoàn thành nhiệm vụ chính trị được giao. Thực hiện tốt công tác đối ngoại; bảo vệ vững chắc chủ quyền, biên giới, toàn vẹn lãnh thổ; bảo đảm an ninh chính trị, trật tự an toàn xã hội trong mọi tình huống, bảo đảm cuộc sống bình yên của nhân dân.

Tại Phiên họp của Bộ Chính trị và Ban Bí thư sáng 18/2, các thành viên cũng đã cho ý kiến về chủ trương mua và sử dụng vaccine phòng COVID-19. Bộ Chính trị, Ban Bí thư cơ bản đồng ý với Tờ trình của Ban cán sự Đảng Bộ Y tế về chủ trương mua và sử dụng vaccine phòng COVID-19 cho nhân dân Việt Nam. Kinh phí mua, vận chuyển, bảo quản, sử dụng chủ yếu từ nguồn ngân sách Nhà nước và các nguồn kinh phí hợp pháp khác. Việc mua, sử dụng vaccine được tiến hành thực hiện trong điều kiện khẩn cấp và áp dụng mua sắm trong trường hợp đặc biệt theo quy định của pháp luật, theo các khuyến cáo của Tổ chức Y tế thế giới (WHO) và của nhà sản xuất. Giao Ban Cán sự Đảng Chính phủ chỉ đạo Chính phủ, các bộ, ngành liên quan tổ chức tốt việc mua và sử dung vaccine phòng COVID-19; đồng thời chỉ đạo đẩy mạnh nghiên cứu, tổ chức sản xuất vaccine phòng COVID-19 trong nước đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, thích ứng với các biến thể mới của virus SARS-CoV-2.

Chiều nay 17-2: 18 ca mắc COVID-19 mới, tất cả đều ở Hải Dương

 

TTO - Chiều tối nay 17-2, Bộ Y tế cho biết đã ghi nhận thêm 18 ca mắc COVID-19 mới, tất cả đều ở tỉnh Hải Dương.

Theo Bộ Y tế, 18 ca mắc mới (bệnh nhân 2312 - 2329) là các ca ghi nhận trong nước tại Hải Dương. Cụ thể như sau:

Các bệnh nhân từ 2312 - 2329 là F1, đã được cách ly tập trung trước đó. Trong đó có 7 ca liên quan ổ dịch huyện Cẩm Giàng; 2 ca liên quan ổ dịch phường Thanh Bình, TP Hải Dương và 9 ca liên quan ổ dịch TP Chí Linh. 

Hiện có 9 bệnh nhân đang được cách ly, điều trị tại Trung tâm Y tế TP Chí Linh và 9 bệnh nhân đang cách ly, điều trị tại Bệnh viện Dã chiến số 2 Trường đại học Kỹ thuật y tế Hải Dương.

Với 18 ca mắc mới, tổng số ca mắc COVID-19 ghi nhận từ đầu vụ dịch tại Việt Nam là 2.329 ca, trong đó có 737 ca (tính riêng các ca lây nhiễm trong cộng đồng) tính từ 27-1 đến nay.

Trao đổi với Tuổi Trẻ Online, đại diện Bộ Y tế cho rằng có 12/13 tỉnh thành có dịch đợt này đã kiểm soát dịch khá hiệu quả, chỉ riêng Hải Dương tình hình vẫn đang khá nóng nhưng Bộ Y tế đã có hỗ trợ tích cực. 

Ngày mai 18-2, Thứ trưởng Bộ Y tế Nguyễn Trường Sơn, người đã phụ trách bộ phận thường trực chống dịch tại Đà Nẵng và TP.HCM, sẽ dẫn đầu đoàn công tác của Bộ Y tế về Hải Dương để tháo gỡ các vướng mắc hiện nay. Công suất xét nghiệm tại Hải Dương cũng đã tăng gấp đôi so với vài ngày trước.
